Hillary said things about coming back together as a party after she narrowly won Indiana. I wish she would stick to that line of thought. Its what we definitely need. I also think that, despite her shortcomings, she deserves a spot on the ticket. She has about HALF of all Democrats on her side. That can't be overlooked when we think about McCain and the swiftboating that is surely in the pipeline. We can't allow this be a close race. Remember Florida...and then Ohio.. If its close, they steal it.

Candymarl decided that John Kerry was "more electable" than Howard Dean. The party threw Dr. Dean, Al Gore, and now Hillary under the bus. Remember, they didn't want Bill Clinton either. Hella track record the powers-that-be in the Democratic party have.

Ooops. Editor! I meant the Democratic Party decided Keryy "reporting for duty" was more electable. There was a member of Kerry's campaign staff that warned them what Rove et al would do with that info. He was fired. Yup, great political sense the Democratic leadership has.

After 16 years, the Clinton era may be coming to an end, presenting Democrats with a historic but potentially wrenching transition and a challenge to Senator Barack Obama as he seeks to reconcile a deeply divided party.

Bill and Hillary Rodham Clinton have been at the heart of the Democratic Party since Mr. Clinton steered it back to the White House in 1992, with a campaign that combined a moderate appeal with the hard-edged political tactics that had once been the province of Republicans. Mrs. Clinton seemed poised last year to lead Democrats into the general election campaign if not beyond.

And while the relationship between the party establishment and the Clintons has always been uneasy at best, an entire generation of Democrats has known no other figures as dominant as the two of them.

Mrs. Clinton said Wednesday that she would remain in the race despite her double-digit loss in North Carolina and winning only narrowly in Indiana. But across the party, Democrats — including some of her own supporters — were confronting an increasing likelihood that their tangle of ties to and feelings about the Clintons would be swept aside for now as the party prepares for a new era with a leader, in Mr. Obama, who comes from a different generation and promises a very different style of politics.

“There is going to be a new set of people running the show,” said Simon Rosenberg, the executive director of the New Democratic Network, a political action organization not affiliated with any candidates. “The Clintons and their allies have been running the show for 16 years. You’re going to see a new generation of political leaders coming to the fore. It’s going to create an upheaval.”

It will help her transition back to being a republican again go much more smoothly with allies like that. She already has inroads with Rupert Murdoch.

Now that Hillary is apparently gone we can focus on the war criminal in the WH. And his successor. That's what I've advocated all along. But your post is about Hillary not Bush. Not about his admitted approval of torture.
Arkansas has a Presidential library. Bill Clinton is from Arkansas. Yet, he insisted his presidential library should be in his home state.Coincidence? I think not.
Wesley Clark supports him, and Hillary as do many other retired Generals and Admirals.yet he visited his library. He publicly advocated for the candidate he supports. Does the evil ever end?.
Obama does not have the experience Clinton or McCain does. Thats a fact. How many times has he visited the troops in a war zone? Or in their hospital beds?He is not world traveled like JFK, RFK or MLK. I like Obama. I hope he wins.

So let me get this straight. If you’re a white school taught American, a African American as opposed to a down and out dumbass with no amplitude to get a job living in the welfare comfort zone. These are the people Obama need to get as a base because THEY RUN THE COUNTRY. Really!??! So her argument is that she owns the dumbasses and he has the elitists??? That’s what its sounds like she is saying!! Not me. I am a African American and I am educated. I am ashamed that -well not ashamed. Just mad that this country basically is run by "us" I loop myself in it because I am an American, but with tat said there are more stupid people out there than educated ones (not just school taught but with a lick of common sense). And yes they out number the ones who are critical thinkers. But I am not to believe that just because you are not college taught, you can’t think on your own two feet and pick the right candidate.
The ones who listen to Hannity, Beck, Limbaugh, true liberal-phoebes who rely on someone else thinking for them. (Mental handouts if you will) Hillary's last take on this can be seen as anything but non- divisive, but downright desperate. And that's a serious understatement. I used to respect her (well I didn’t think even she would play the race card). It’s ironic that Obama has not stated that at all. Let's wait and see if Operation Chaos will bail her out now.
