Morning Roundup: Around the Web with a Pig in a Bucket

US works on $40 billion dollar plan to forestall foreclosures. Doesn't forestall mean that it's just going to happen later? It's almost as if the country's being run by a dry drunk... Oh wait, it is.
I really hate to do this... Wait, do I? Use this website to hurt a hurtful person (she had me at, "Buy your own damned rape kit, rape victim!"). Hm! With that in mind: Sarah Palin's SAT scores! (It's fake, but who cares? Via Down with Tyranny)
That McCain was losing the Cuban GOP in Miami, that would surprise me. This report from the New York Times, not so much.

Prop 8, what is it good for? Absolutely nothing! Even the Los Angeles Times thinks so.
Alternet's got the 11 dumbest things Sarah Palin has said so far....
The Washington Times is changing their message every day. Today McCain is an anti-Bush maverick. I wonder what Poppy thinks of that.
Per the Washington Post, McCain tries and fails to push past Palin pushback....good luck with that, Senator.
Bloomberg pushes the Joe the Hedge Fund Manager thing, and fails epically.

McSame an empty suit.
In certain areas of the country G0Per candidates do not even mention his name, and often avoid any party identification in their ads! This worked in a few places in '04.
Trickle Down cascades its fraud and failures .
Paul Ryan
Repugnican from Wisconsin, is carefully campaigning with absolutely no reference to his party or anyone in his party. And he's strongly pointing out his positions that are contrary to the Repug goose-step orders. Like he wants to tax tractors made in other countries so that tractors made in Kenosha have a fairer shot at being bought. Sounds like a Democrat to me. At least that's what he wants you to think.

Foreclosure's up by 70% ...
People are dying out here for relief ... How's that ownership society going, Bush and McBush?

Unfortunately, these may well be the good times. Let them roll.

Where did you find the snapshot of Palin?

no?

Hey where is Houndog?
He should be pretty excited about Obama's strong running right? LOL
De base De parts....
The latest poll showed a continued erosion of McCain's support even among his "base" voters.
Had he not shown his appalling lack of judgment by selecting his sideshow, one wonders how different the numbers would be.
There is a great deal of glee among the rock-ribbed G0Pers who comprise the educated and wealthy wing of the Party. Finding the loony wing way too tiresome, they see a cleansing ahead.
Bushie! Doin' a helluva job!
G0P Trinity: Failure, Fraud, Deceit.
While there are quite a few polls showing Obama in the lead,
there's only one poll out there that shows Obama and McFailin in a statistical dead heat ...
AP presidential poll: Race tightens in final weeks
By LIZ SIDOTI – 15 hours ago
WASHINGTON (AP) — The presidential race tightened after the final debate, with John McCain gaining among whites and people earning less than $50,000, according to an Associated Press-GfK poll that shows McCain and Barack Obama essentially running even among likely voters in the election homestretch.
The poll, which found Obama at 44 percent and McCain at 43 percent, supports what some Republicans and Democrats privately have said in recent days: that the race narrowed after the third debate as GOP-leaning voters drifted home to their party and McCain's "Joe the plumber" analogy struck a chord.

It really makes you wonder how those making under $50K think that their taxes will increase under Obama. The same people are simply dying under the Chimpy tax cuts for the rich; I can't see how they DON'T know that there is no difference between McFailin's tax plan and Chimpy's tax plan - that under McFailin's plan, they'll STILL be dying ... what gives? I know there's an abundance of stupidity out there but ... it boggles my mind that people are THIS stupid.
I hope McFailin's supporters are happy with Painful's recent purchases on their dime. While they shop for 10 pairs for $6.00 tighty-whitey's in Wal-Shitmart, Painful's buying $200 bras and panties from la Perla and $800 shoes from Jimmy Choo ... explain, exactly, how this represents 'real' Americans, hard-working Americans ...
"She's Cheney in drag." Me
what gives?
The fact that Obama is "half black," that's what gives.
Obama should be leading in the polls by 30%.
The Bubba voters out there would rather vote for Satan than for a black. It is amusing that Rush Limpdick says that Colin Powell's endorsement is "all about race," yet Joe Loserman's endorsement of McSame is not. And what about Obama's white half? Doesn't Powell at least get half credit for his supporting a white man? And doesn't Loserman get half criticism for not supporting a white candidate?
Let the games begin, kids ...

Florida's GOP lawmakers blamed for early-voting lines"
Saying early voting cost too much money with rules that weren't uniform, Republican legislators led a charge three years ago to set new statewide standards limiting the number of polling sites and their hours of operation.
Those revamped rules trimmed early voting from 12 hours per workday to eight.

Our only hope...
Is that voter turnout will be so huge, the thousands who will be disenfranchised at the polls will be just a drop in the bucket. If Crash pulls out a "miracle win" when he's so obviously losing, do you think that will finally get America pissed off at these traitors?

voter turnout will be so huge
Good point. Aside from I hope are huge turnouts on the 4th, there are very large numbers of people casting early votes. Hopefully, these two factors will erase those who will, undoubtedly, be disenfranchised.

I am concerned about those who go to the polls on the 4th and find they've been incorrectly purged from voter rolls ...

The AP poll is biased.
The polling had 45% of participates saying that they are "evangelical christians" and the AP is owned by a right wing religious nutcase. Their news reports and polls cannot be taken seriously.
For some reason I can't link
But there are lots of polls that contradict AP. Go to Firstread Dot MSNBC Dot Com and check out today's First column. Double digits for Obama in INDIANA!
The contards had better pack their bags for Saudi Arabia. If it's the will of Dog and His Holy Ass Son Chris for Crash to win (as Saint Sarah suggests), I think Dog is going to lose this one.

How strange...
Last night, Brian Keyes showed up here again. What happens today? There's a major attack on the server, again.
Coincidence? I think not.

I agree completely. Brian works for a government contractor as a computer programmer or networking person. I remember when I found his profile. I told him what I found in brief (the statement of contractor work, etc.) and the profile disappeared.
I too have seen that correlation of his appearance and DOS attacks.
AAR needs to get his IP address and look into the DOS attacks. I'd love to see him up on charges.
We do have a new webmaster...
I hope this one has time to go after Brian, or whoever else is responsible for this terrorism. I bet Brian would be really popular in Federal lockup. The drug dealers would show him the reality of his conservative Social Darwinism.

LOL I wonder if brian would ask the judge to be harsh in his own sentencing. He is full of right wing spin on accountability...
Is it just me or is the DOS starting up again? Te site is getting sluggish...
