Because the destruction of global financial markets is getting old, the Bush administration is now trying to ram through more deregulation that will do to the environment what the financial crisis did to your 401K.

Poor child. Imagine if his teeth fell on her.
Please let's not succumb to a silliness. This election is of a greater importance than any media outlet - electronic or paper - has detailed. Perhaps because of the frightening consequences of a G0Per win.
Remember when you heard the U.S. is the only remaining superpower? Well, the adventure into Iraq and subsequent fiasco ended that false bravado.
Remember the term: Sound as a dollar? Thanks, G0P; thanks Reagan.
As it stands right now, the strength of the nation is in a sort of limbo, fragile as a wisp of smoke, and a comfort to those who wish us harm. Bush/Cheney very responsible here.
Were McSame and party to steal another term in 1600 the country would be on the precipice of imminent collapse. Forget Palin. Her selection merely illustrates what a lightweight McSame is, and that dimness along with his advancing age, imperils us all.
So energize those who love America and assure a Democratic victory.
It is always about the money.
his teeth
are probably kept in a glass at night. The bite shouldn't be too hard.
Don't Dismiss Palin
She is incredibly popular among the Rabid Right Base (their Qaeda) and in A-LASS-ka as well. Clearly she is capable of mustering enough support and an illusion of competence with the right preparation. So consider this scenario:
Sound improbable? Not really. They don't call her "Sarah Baracuda" fer nuthin', ya noow?
Actually, a good portion of that scenario sounds fairly likely
I think the repubs will do all they can to make sure Stevens is re-elected. Then he will most likely resign, so Palin can select another repub to take his place. I'm not as certain that she would appoint herself as senator though. Maybe she can appoint the witch doctor preacher at her church. Or maybe Todd! I doubt that they seriously wanted Stevens to step down before the election and hand the seat to a dem. Ted knows his days are numbered, and probably was asked to hold on until after the election so he could resign and let Palin appoint a repub successor. He has to know that if he tries to stay, he'll probably be thrown out by the Senate if he waits too long to resign.

White supremacists recruiting?
If whites are supreme, why do they need to recruit supreme whites? Is there a course for whites to learn how to be supreme?
How about every non-caucasian race just tell the whites they are supreme. They can then pat themselves on the back and the rest of us can go about our lives.
Philadelphia has the baseball supremacists, the New York Giants have the football supremacists. We recognize that, but who really gives a shit?
I am more interested in people doing good things for other people regardless of their skin color.
It just so happens that whites in America have not only crapped all over non-caucasians here but millions of caucasians as well. If that is supreme, I prefer something that is flawed.
Whites can call themselves great, but actions always speak louder than words.
I think it is clear that these same assholes are afraid Obama's actions as president may put a kink in white peoples' delusions of grandeur.
(This is coming from a white guy who chose to be white, btw.)
White supremacists full of crap. They use fear to control the
fiscal situation in their local areas. Divide and conquer; you know the drill.

How does one choose to be white or non?
McSame wasting money and time in Pennsylvania.
Zero him out here, folks. And in Ohio, even with the small town racism.
And, with growing excitement, there's now a real shift detectable in certain southern states the G0P has assumed safe. This is a big wow! With very long term ramifications.
Trickle Down G0P: A waterfall of fraud and failures .
Must love this...
A PA television station (Erie, I think) ran a piece scanning crowds at several different McSame/Failin gatherings. It noted that the same people made up what we see. Many even had changed their coats, sweaters, etc.
So it does seem as though they are spitting in the wind.
As the seed is planted so grows the tree
I heard a Rabid Righter
yesterday say that God will keep Obama from "oppressing us." When asked if an Obama victory meant God was on Obama's side, this person answered, "Then God must have decided we need oppressing."
Today I saw this written on
Today I saw this written on the back window of a pickup truck, using that fluorescent "paint" they use to write the prices on the window in car dealerships:
Why is it always fear, fear, fear with these guys? And if Obama is still an "unknown" to you at this point, then you've been actively keeping your head in the ground. Turn off FoxNoise now and then and watch the real news!
I guess ignorance is bliss for these folks...

It's difficult not to believe that BushCo. is an enemy of state
There's never a move that doesn't diminish the United States. The linked article at the Post is but one example.
As the seed is planted so grows the tree
Sorry, don't get it.
The first time I really watched a Sarah Palin speech:
"There is nothing mean-spirited or negative campaigning at all".
"We have the complete opposite commitment in all of this."
Every single sentence was tortured. The dialog so mangled, it was difficult to figure out exactly what she was saying.
Not a single specific plan. Just lots of "We will fight for ya" and "We are pro growth". Do any of the news stations ever bring this up?
I watch Dick Gregory and Joe Scarborough, day after day shred Obama's plans, but never discuss a single plan of McCain/Palin. Because there is NO plan. They have NO plan. Not one specific plan. Why don't they bring that up?
Hey, you guys are citizens too. What kind of fucking job do you have? You guys want to be taken as serious journalists? Don't you? You come across as partisan hacks.
Look at Pat Buchanan, "She is a 'breath of fresh air'." WHY? Name a plan. Where you smell fresh air, I smell stink.
I am not getting this at all.
It's simply, my dear
It's simply, my dear deanrdd... By not having a plan it makes it difficult to criticize them on their plan...
Sure it may seem like Loony Tunes logic to the rest of us, but makes sense to the righties...

Happy Halloween
May the candy corn pass you over.
