How do I check my subscription status?

If you have any trouble with the steps below, please send an email to Tech Support: aarsupport@airamerica.com
1. Go to airamerica.com, and if you are not logged in, please click on “Log In” in the upper right of every screen. If you are already logged in, skip to step 3 below.

2. Enter your account username and password, and click “sign in.” If you are having trouble signing in, please click on “forgot your password” (circled in red). If you are still stuck, please email support: aarsupport@airamerica.com

3. Once you are logged in, click on your username in the upper right of every page.

4. You will be taken to your “account details” screen. From here you can change your email address, password, billing information (if any), etc. To check the status of your OnDemand plus subscription, click on “OnDemand Plus Subscriptions," directly above “Account Details.”

5. You will see one of two types of screens. Type A will tell you if you are a member or not, and if you are, what type of subscription you have and when it will automatically renew. If you see Type B, a “Page Not Found” error, there may be a problem with your account, and you should contact support immediately by sending an email: aarsupport@airamerica.com
