Liberal media assasination of Sarah Palin
Do you agree with Lou Dobbs that there is a definite negative bias in the liberal media against Sarah Palin? The basic reasoning is that Biden plagiarized twice on the record and there's no character flaws of that magnitude on the record for Palin.
What no one would point out as the Liberal media would have is that Troopergate is about to get ugly, and her attempt to remove books from the library ini Wasilla is somewhat well documented.

Kuby,
Politically and economically these are very scary times.
Thanks for the information & education I get from your guests.
If you can check-out the new Bill Maher movie RELIGULOUS, this movie goes everywhere.
It tastefully pokes fun of the similarities and absurdities of our religious beliefs.

By G3October 3, 2008 - 3:13pmMedia evasion is what it all boils down to
had Sarah Palin not avoided the Media like the plague when she did, she most certainly would
not be getting all the caustic and well-deserved criticism that's been coming her way from all
corners ever since she had foolishly decided to bypass and actually went against the grain by
deeming the MEDIA TO BE HER FOE when what she stands in need of is the backing of the
the Media.Lastly, let's all remember that the Media was all over Obama on the whole reverend
wright controversy.

CBSNews.com, MSNBC.com, FactCheck.org falsely claim McCain never voted against troop funding bill
Summary: In reports on the vice presidential debate, CBSNews.com, MSNBC.com, and FactCheck.org all falsely claimed that Sen. Joe Biden's statement that Sen. John McCain "voted against funding the troops" in a 2007 appropriations bill was wrong. In fact, while McCain did not vote on a later version of the appropriations bill, he voted against the measure on March 29, 2007, and said at the time that he was opposing it, in part, because it "would establish a timeline" for U.S. withdrawal from Iraq.

By Thom JeffOctober 3, 2008 - 3:47pmWhy no correction from Kuby?
If voting for the bill that leaves the senate isn't voting than what is? It wasn't an amendment is was the bill passed by the Senate and he skipped the vote on the conference bill. Biden was right so where is the correction???

By JohnDoeAmericaOctober 3, 2008 - 4:09pmPalin's taxes
We need to go after Sarah Palin on her travel and meal perdiems that the State of Alaska paid to her for her husband and children and her failure to report that income on her income tax return. The Internal Revenue code clearly states that travel expenses paid to a spouse or child who is not an employee of the taxpayer is fully taxable. She did not pay taxes on those perdiems. Here are my thougnts and I think they would be good talking points:
1. In light of Joe Biden's comments that wealthy Americans and corporations should do their patriotic duty by paying their taxes, she in fact failed that test by failing omitting that income.
should immediately amend her tax return to properly report that income(taxable perdiems) and pay the tax on it.1. In light of Joe Biden's comments that wealthy Americans and corporations should do their patriotic duty by paying their taxes, she in fact failed that test by failing omitting that income.
2. If she is truly patriotic, she should immediately amend her tax return to properly report that income(taxable perdiems) and pay the tax on it.
3. In light of the current economic crisis and how the middle class has taken a beating, the Palin's who are doing quite well financially are not bearing their share of the burden but are shifting that burden to the poor and middle class. Someone else has to make up for her failure to pay taxes.

By minnocentiOctober 5, 2008 - 2:21pmUm. Is this Bailout
Um.
Is this Bailout complex?? no, When you ship hundreds and thousands of blue collar jobs over seas (out of sheer greed) you kill the jobs of Vendors, White collar administrative / supervisor positions, ultimately it goes very high up on the ladder. So, These companies snatch the rug out from under the middle class, the very foundation of the economy, now, are requesting, these same people use their tax money to bail them out?
***NewsFlash**
When Chrysler employs Americans, those American employees buy Chrysler, show me 100 chinese (in China) buying and driving Chrysler cars..... Exactly. These big wigs slit their own throats and cry when they bleed. Of course the housing market will fall, because you have taken work from the very people that keep you afloat.
This economic cleansing is a wake up call to everyone, If I had my way, we'd all buy mountain bike (Do NOT buy 1 ounce of gas) down size living, to live extremely below means, and make the governing body "re approach" the US citizen honestly about the job market and credit terms we can live by. I'm not with bailing out billionaires on their road to making a trillion..."
