Hello, I'm a plaintiff's lawyer in one of the 40 cases against the telecoms; the cases Congress is trying to toss out of court! Yesterday our judge issued a great opinion affirming what we knew all along; that FISA works fine the way it is and doesn't need "modernization". Lionel, please help get the word out on this. Hopefully some of our Senators will hear about this before they vote, and hopefully Obama reads this and gets the vote called off. He's going to win anyway and he should do what's right!
