Blake Lewis: American Idol A 'Double Edged Sword' (AUDIO)

American Idol runner-up Blake Lewis came on the Jack Rice Show to discuss his new album, "Heartbreak On Vinyl." In the past, American Idol contestants have been hesitant to speak candidly about their experiences, but Blake gave Jack a very honest answer while talking about the drawbacks to being a star on American Idol. He said,

"American Idol is a double edged sword...because I'm kind of looked at as a television character and not really a musician anymore."
