How do I manually download clips & podcasts?

To access all the features of OnDemand from our website, you need to install the Silverlight plugin. But if you don’t have Silverlight installed, you can still manually download clips and podcasts. (audio clips and full-show podcasts will download as MP3’s)
1. In the image below, the area within the green box is the link for manually downloading. Please DO NOT click anywhere else, especially the areas marked with red X’s. If you do not see this link, you may not be logged in correctly, or you may not have access to download that show. For more help with that, see this guide.
2. On a Windows-based PC, you will click with the right mouse button, NOT the left mouse button. On a Mac, please press the “control” button on your key board while you click with your mouse.
3. A context menu will pop-up. You will then left-click on one of the available choices. The option you click will depend on which web browser you are using. The image below shows the correct choice for several popular browsers.
4. You will be given the choice of places to save the file. Make sure you remember where you save it. Once the file is downloaded, you can now do anything you’d like to with the file (play it on your computer, burn it to a CD, put it on your portable music player, like an iPod or Zune, etc…)
