Fox News commentator Tony Snow is expected to replace outgoing White House spokesman Scott McClellan, with an official announcement to come as early as today. Snow may spend his first few days on the job explaining some of the jabs he’s been taking at his new boss; a staunch conservative, Snow has criticized the president for “cowering under the bed”, charging that he has become “an embarrassment”. The very sad part -- the uber-elite in this country

1. the US not buy Iranian oil?
2. The US not buy Iraqi oil prior to our invasion? It would have been much easier to lift sanctions on Iraq and get all the oil we could dream of to flow. So you are saying Bush wanted oil so the only way to get it was destroy the country before he could get any? He could have simply ended sanctions on humanitarian grounds.
3. The US supports Israel who has NO oil in defiance of the Arabs who have all the oil. If the US was purely interested in Oil we could pull our support of Israel and be the heros of the Middle East over night.
And my friend, if you sincerly and honestly think we went to war with Iraq so we could send missionaires into the middle east you are truly and insance individual. First calling AP a nazi is not comparable to what the Bush administration did for two little reasons.

My presidential voting history...
I voted for Kerry and Edwards, Gore/Lieberman before that. I voted Dole in ’96 (Give me a break, I was only 19). I wasn’t old enough to vote in 1992.
My reasons for voting Kerry/Edwards:
I thought and still believe the Iraq conflict was simply an election ploy by the Bush administration to divert attention from domestic issues such as the economy. The thought that troops’ lives are used so casually irks me beyond belief.
I don’t support the Bush tax cuts, not because I’m opposed to tax cuts per-se, but because the budget is not being adjusted appropriately. If I ran my bank account like that, my mail box would be filled with insufficient funds notices.
