Powell Urges U.S. to Talk to Iran, Syria
News:
Former U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell said this week that Iraq is, indeed, in the midst of a civil war, and that America must acknowledge Iran’s role as a regional power, engaging it and Syria in direct negotiations to help stabilize Iraq.
It's getting pretty bad
When one of Chimpy's biggest rah-rah boys from the beginning of the Iraq debacle steps up and uses the "civil war" phrase in public, one would think that Chimpy would take note. But apparently Rove has the blinders pop-riveted over Chimpy's eyes, so he'll only see what he's pointed at, and he expects everyone else to do the same.
How long until the g0p machine starts smearing Powell? I'm betting it's a matter of hours.

You have to figure in
the time it took Powell to recover from the realization the the Commander-In-Chimp made an ass of him and had been fucking him over repeatedly for years. Plus, I'm sure Powell had to make sure all loose ends were tied before stepping up and speaking out...He doesn't want his family dying unexpectedly from a stray missle being fired from somewhere (yes I think Bush would stoop to that to get back at critics!)! Powell, after all, is in a very unique and precarious position.

If a financial advisor intentionally gave you bad advice to pad his coffer with commissions off of the bad stocks you bought, I would not go back to the same advisor to get recommendations about how to recover from the financial damage especially if he refused to admit he intentionally gave you bad advice to begin with.

The focus of The Sanctuary to be:
1. The Basic Right Of Survival.
A child dies a preventable death in Darfur about every fifteen
seconds. By focusing on immunization of Diphtheria, Measles,
Pertussis, Polio, Tetanus, and Tuberculosis we can prevent a
majority of these deaths.
2. By educating and testing these children for and about HIV and
AIDS we can begin to take the first steps to defeat this particular
epidemic that plagues this region.
3. The Basic Right Of Education.
By providing adequate education to both boys and girls we
create an environment that allows for safe growth and
development.
4. Protection from violence, exploitation, and abuse.
5. Nutrition
6. Water and Sanitation.
As you can imagine that this project has already costs what we had raised.
