THE OTR EDICT:

By Gypsee Mama

Chuck D issues an On The Real edict:  Since Gia'na and I lead showbiz lives, we often run across, during our journeys, people who would knock OTR's listener's socks off!  From dignitaries to luminaries and we can't always predict which ones we might get on the phone Sunday night, but we'll sure try. From now on- Chuck D and Gia'na open up their amazing phonebooks and give you the innovation of spontaneity, yet still give you the best in talk radio.

My piece.

Chuck and the rest of ya'll I appreciate a styled Liberal program where voices of Hip-Hop speak their peace(ya'll and Kyle Jason) and put out their Progressive views because as if we don't already know Hip-Hop IS Progressive, IS Liberal and anyone who doesn't speak on that in social terms is a sellout.  Being Hip-Hop and Republican is like being anything NON-Upper Class and Republican it doesn't mesh.  I'm a Politikin' Hip-Hopper and it seems to me there aren't very many of us shown in the Media.  The record industry has claimed the game and mamed or tamed it.  50 Cents AIN'T Hip-Hop and he's an industry bitch like the rest of em'.  Nas use to be Ghetto Scholarly, then he decided to be Escobar, a pimp, a thug, drug his name through the mud no integrity left.

Oh and I have a resquest.  Chuck since I know you respect game, the quality and the message how about putting Tasha on, aka T, Yoon Mirae.  Shit like "As Time Goes By(English version)", "To My Love(English version), "Wonder Woman" and most definitely "Memories(English version)" and these are just a few.  I'd also like to recommend "Crush Of Love" by J.
