Roger Ebert apparently a Michael Moore sympathizer:

This is an earthshaking movie.

MOVIE: SICKO
In Michael Moore's new documentary, people are saying far and beyond
his best ever, and undergoing the opening weekend test this weekend,
(please go see this movie), the concern of the stigma that universal
health care is really "socialized health care" is refuted most
articulately and convincingly.

1) DEMOCRACY, NOT SOCIALISM WAS BEGINNING OF HEALTH CARE FOR LESS
FINANCIALLY PRIVILEDGED:
The scene in the movie, SICKO, with the former british PM (parliament)
where the former PM says that it was not until democracy emerged that
health care for all was accomplished. Previous to that, only those with
financial means had access to health care. The former british PM goes
into much better detail than this in the movie.

2) GO FROM THINKING OF 'ME' TO THINKING OF 'WE'
Micheal Moore says that we as Americans have to start looking at health
care as OUR problem and that looking at health care has to go from
instead of being about ME it has to be about WE. Mike says it better.

A FEW THINGS NOTICED AT THE MOVIE:
>Applause at end of movie

>People at times visibly choked up over emotionally charged stories and
at other times outrageous humor had people laughing. Some people with
tears as leaving theatre

>conversations overheard on topic matter all the way out of the
theatre.

>Michael Moore did it this time

>One comment heard from a skeptic of you michael moore stated that you
"hit the mark" this time like he did with the "aetna story in the awful
truth series where Michael Moore saved the guy life by getting his
operation covered".

>The DVD will be one worth owning.

There is a lot more to say on 'SICKO', thats all for now.
