Explain how you count a popular vote in a caucus

I can't explain how to count them. I'm not going to cheat. They were caucuses and not primaries. YOU are the one that is changing the rules and saying lets look at the states that had primaries and now consider popular vote. That is cheating. But then again you have already demonstrated your willingness to cheat by changing the rules on FL and MI.

You tell me how we can turn the caucus states into a measure of popular vote. Otherwise stop with your nonsense.
