McCain Denies Assaulting Sandinista
So now we know, McCain is soft on Communism:
Sen. John McCain has denied the allegation made by Sen. Thad Cochran that he grabbed a Sandinista by the shirt collar in a confrontation that reportedly happened 21 years ago. Sen. Thad Cochran told the story to the Sun Herald this week, saying McCain grabbed an associate of Nicaraguan president Daniel Ortega and pulled him from a chair during a 1987 diplomatic mission.
I am snarking, for those who do not get it.

I think your justifing bad behavior.
You know it's a smear. Tell me, if you don't consider that a smear, what about Kerry, and the swift boaters? What did the over 250 other swift boaters say against Kerry that would constitute a smear, under your definition, as used above? Be specific? The only thing you have provided about Kerry was whether or not Kerry was under small arms attack when rescueing a fellow soldier, who's boat had been blown up. How is that a smear, but liberalass's comments aren't?
You seem to be a fairly decent person, though partisan, so I would like to hear an honest response.
My point is, not just the one statement by liberalass, but all the comments about McCain, seem to lean toward smearing the man, that are posted on this site. The Kerry thing doesn't even begin to come close to what you people are doing, which seems a little hypocritical to me.
