We gather certain information that you provide to us, some passively and some actively, and we want to ensure that all users of the Air America Radio Site are aware of exactly how and for what purpose that information is being used. Air America Radio believes that the information you provide to us is essential to your enjoyment and successful use of the Air America Radio Site. 1. What data does Air America Radio collect?

- Air America Radio does not control the acts of its users. e. When you order products from us, we also collect personally identifiable information from you. If you order one of our products or services, we will collect and maintain your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information, order number, referring URL, IP address and a password. 2. How does Air America Radio use your information?
Air America Radio puts the non-personally identifiable information passively gathered whenever you visit our sites and the personal information that you voluntarily provide to several uses.

Air America Radio also reserves the right to release the information concerning a user who we believe is in violation of our content guidelines or United States law, even without a subpoena, warrant, or other court order. Air America Radio cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our servers for illegal activities. We also reserve the right to report any illegal activity to law enforcement for prosecution.
4. Financial information.
Financial information may be requested of you either as part of an online survey the results of which are to be used for demographic analysis purposes or in conjunction with the purchase of goods and services from the Air America Radio Site. Financial information will not be shared with anyone outside of Air America Radio.
5. How do I opt-out, remove, change, or modify my information?
You have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at any time. To change or modify any information you have provided to us from our database please do so through the member profile. To no longer receive newsletters from us, please review how in our help section on newsletters. We will use all reasonable efforts to meet your request within seven (7) days.
To remove your name from the Air America Radio database entirely including, but not limited to, registration for airamericaradio.com: Go to your member profile and simply click on link that says, "Click here to un-register from airamericaradio.com" and confirm.
6. Kids policy.
The safety of children is very important to Air America Radio, and Air America Radio recommends that parents review our Privacy Policy before allowing their children to access the Air America Radio Sites, especially the blog post areas. Children should always ask a parent for permission before sending personal information to anyone online. They should also be instructed not to fill out any forms or register at any domain without a parent's knowledge and consent. Air America Radio does not knowingly share personal information about users under the age of 13 with third parties.
