While most of the country contemplates the legalization of marijuana as a partial remedy to the economic crunch, the state that elected Al Franken has outlawed Bong Water.
Yes, in a 4-3 decision Thursday, Minnesota's highest court said that a person can be prosecuted for a first-degree drug crime if they possess 25 grams or more of bong water that tests positive for a controlled substance. The only positive thing I can see coming from this bizarre new law is that it might force notoriously lazy stoners to regularly clean out those stinky old 4-footers they've all got hidden behind their couches.

The public officials who vote for this crap are a menace to society. I get my revenge at the voting booth and by contributing to their opponents in the primaries.
Since drugs are now in river water (search: “drugs in water supply”) and cities get their water from rivers, city water is a “mixture” of illegal drugs (no matter how diluted), according to the absurd logic of this majority of four Minnesota Supreme Court judges.
So – now that all of us living in Minnesota are criminals possessing “drug mixture” water in our homes and toilets – shall we wake up, end the abuse of government power, and repeal all laws criminalizing drugs possession?

Yeah. Can't say I've ever heard of anyone injecting bong water. But, I have watched a guy drink a big glass of the stuff. Dude totally threw up. It was gross.
It is Un friggin believable that these people are in office. They should be impeached or removed from whatever office they hold.
Article is totally wrong. One of the Narcotics officer said stoners drink the Bong water or inject it.
