For Dick Cheney, life after the Vice Presidency has largely consisted of a slew of media appearances where he has attempted to justify the policies and ideological perspective he promoted in office. It would seem that if inconvenient truths such as the inefficacy of torture or the failure to find WMDs in Iraq can be skirted then all the better for Mr Cheney to buy his own arguments. In that way, the apple hasn't fallen very far from the tree.
Liz Cheney, often acting as a surrogate pundit for her father, routinely has made inaccurate pronouncements and venomous denunciations predicated on total falsehoods. Whether the younger Cheney has chosen to disregard the truth in its entirety or simply the parts that debunk her arguments, it's clear a healthy dose of fact-checking should be employed after she speaks. Enter Rachel Maddow to take on Liz's latest batch of factual distortions.

Between Fox and MSNBC. Since most of MSNBC nightly shows are laughing and mocking Fox. I don't watch MSNBC for news. I watch them to see just what stupid things have come out of Fox most recently.
During your show last night, you mentioned that Rep. John Boehner quoted from what he said was the Preamble to the Constitution and you then said, in a mocking tone, that he was wrong there is no Preamble to the Constitution, that the Preamble is to the Declaration of Independence. That sounded wrong to me so I got out my copy of the Constitution and there it was right on top listed under the title, The Constitution of the United States. Because I know that you insist on getting the facts right, I thought I would pass on this correction.

With the local elections tonight, I think that (Melissa Harris Lacewell) made some Great Points. I think it is possible that the Elections Today could be Reflective of Complications for the Democrat Party, or Shape the Democrat party. The fact that they are local elections vs. a national election makes it different too. The NJ Election in particular will be interesting, because it will be reflective of how (progressive) residents place their ideals on.

So Nice to Hear from You! I was Wondering where you've Been since the New Blog Took Effect!! I know, I Totally Agree with what you said. Sometimes I start feeling that it really doesn't matter whether there is a Republican or Democrat in Office= Because they Seem to All do the Same Thing Anyways!! And really, with the HCR, Why Was there Such an Urgency for BiPartisanship, Knowing Full Well it is a Fail??? But I'm Still Having Hope that President Obama will be Different--- I feel that we have to give him a chance, at least.= at least for the time being, I guess.

I've been out for a year on a Workers Comp Injury, but Glad to Get Back to Work Soon. I'm either going to work here Locally or do Travel Nursing. I think that I signed up "with the wrong agency" though. I Found out Later "that it is not a good one".
1. She sends me on Interviews, where they need me to Fly Out in 2-3 Days= Just Totally Impossible
2. Then--- she Wanted me to (Move Permanently) to Texas. Can you believe it? I couldn't imagine living in Rick Perry's State= I don't care how good the Steaks are there, LOL. = I could see myself "crashing" a Tenther Party, just for the fun of it!
3. But will either take this job here locally, or continue with the (Travel Nursing) thing with a Real Agency, LOL

I've just finished moving out of Oregon, into the East Bay and haven't had much PC access to date.
Your question; "or are we Going to Rebuild that Country too???" is best answered; "yes".
Let us not forget the three thousand plus citizens whose lives the "developers" spent on September 11, 2001 at the World Trade Center to sell We Dupes of America this project.

I watch MSNBC and Foxnews Channel. I have come to the conclusion that there is no difference in the 2 channels other than opinions. MSNBC, particularly The Rachel Maddow show, I have noticed, is the MSNBC equivalent to the Glen Beck program. All these 2 channels do is bash each other and treat Americans like we are too ignorant to view and understand what is happening and make our own decisions. I sure miss Walter Cronkite. It is truly sad to see what the "news" programming has turned into. I do not believe our government is for the people anymore, nor the 2 major parties. We are just left to clean up their mess with our continually shrinking paychecks. And yes, I am truly proud to be an American, that is if it is still legal to admit that. I want to hang a flag outside, but I am afraid I would offend someone for flying the stars and bars. Have a great day.
I have to wonder why, with all the important news stories, the Liz Cheney issues were chosen and lashed out at. It almost makes me think there's some merit to Ms. Cheney's comments.

1. Iraq= Doesn't Everyone Know by Now that after the Hussein Statue came down= that is When we Should Have Pulled out of Iraq? It was No Longer about ( America's Safety)= It was about the U.S. Rebuilding their Cities, Building Shopping Centers, Restaurants, etc..... This is a Fact= I spoke with an Army Soldier who was Deployed to Iraq. So Great= Business Started Booming in Iraq= Shopping spree's at Louis Vuitton, etc---- meanwhile, back home here in the U.S.= The Economic Meltdown was Starting. When you drive around in your neighborhoods= You can see Empty Boarded Up Restaurants and Empty Storefronts.= Real Smart= I just hope that Macy's Really Doesn't go out of Business altogether!
2. I hope President Obama Pulls Out of Alphganistan, or are we Going to Rebuild that Country too???

I've had a rough year= been out on a Workers Comp Injury, but Finally getting back to work real soon! With a New Job, it would be Hard to Make Arrangements for a Vacation (So Soon)! Luckily, probably will go on Vacation, hopefully to NYC in Dec or Jan, and Vegas Later too= but one's that I can plan at the (Last Minute)== (Not Planning Ahead).
Now the Arguement is= Hair or South Pacific? I say Hair, maybe both
