Bush Torture Policy Presents Legal Issues For 9/11 Prosecution (VIDEO)

Investigative reporter Michael Isikoff reports on answers to questions he posed to Attorney General Holder.

Two U.S. Attorneys are now in charge of prosecuting five suspects related to the 9/11 terror attacks. What is an understandably difficult task becomes an even harder one when you take into account the previous administration's policy of waterboarding. One of those five suspects, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, was waterboarded 183 times that we know of.

Could that be enough to throw a case like this out of court? And more specifically, will these prosecutions end up becoming a referendum on Bush-era torture? Michael Isikoff reports on what Attorney General Eric Holder said when questioned about the Justice Department's position on whether to allow torture-related materials into court--and in the hands of the defense.

indeed. Spell checkers are also usually free. You should look into those too, especially if you plan on building a website trashing a commentator with 10x your critical thinking capacity and political knowledge. You'll want to at least get your spelling right.

Have a nice day.

Every news venue uses the term "self-confessed mastermind of 9/11" to characterize KSM. But he has also "confessed" to every crime against this country since 1993, possibly related to AlQaeda. We forget at our peril, that a "confession" by an Islamic extremist is an attempt to build a case for martyrdom, and those virgins aplenty which wait successful execution.

Get over yourself, Michelle. Just watch Fox, and maybe they'll have Ann Coulter or Michelle Malkin on tonight-they are full of sweetness and light. BTW, if you are so hot, watcha doin @ 2:39AM setting up a FB page to trash Rachel? Get a life!

This IS a free country which comes with a many channeled cable system, so you can watch whatever you like and ignore whatever you don't. It's a pretty nifty arrangement, yes? Now when you come on a blog, especially when you come on to denigrate a particular person, it is usually comprised of nasty bits of venomous bile and you dear, did not disappoint.

Now if you don't agree with Doctor Maddow's facts or opinions, please feel FREE and just change the channel...or not. But to come on and put down the way someone looks while bragging to the world that you supposedly are a "pretty" woman, well that is just plain nasty...and I mean that in the most coarsest of terms. You see, I believe that those who truly ARE attractive, have NO NEED to broadcast said fact. It is usually only those of a tormented spirit and form who promote themselves online, as it is very easy....just a bit TOO easy.

So, if you don't like Rachel...fine, CHANGE THE CHANNEL, but please take your "pretty" self and go to those sites where you value what they may broadcast. By the way, for someone who brags that they don't "degrade" others, it sure seems as if you are quite well versed in just that very technique..funny how HYPOCRISY works, isn't it?

One more point, I truly don't think that your personal thoughts on Dr. Maddow necessarily have much weight in the scheme of life; but just in case you disagree, please feel free and start as many "Rachel Sucks" pages as you want since it will never change the truth of the matter.

Do have fun!

I am sure this blog will never make it to the page because seriously, Rachel Maddow is an embarrassment to women. She never makes a point with any grace, in fact I don't think she has any grace. I am a pretty woman, smart and able to make a conversation without degrading another individual. I do not think Ms. Maddow has the ability to do that. I have programmed every station in my home to never stop at MSNBC and frankly have the thought of building a facebook page called rachelmaddowshowsucks.com - freedom of speach right? byw Bush isn't the president anymore, move on people. Can't we worry about important issues, like genocide in Darfur? yeah, exactly.
