What about price fixing?

Thom,
Your current caller is talking about market forces solving everything. I wonder what he thinks about the fact that the Bush appointees on the Supreme court tipped the scales to overturn a century of precedence making price fixing a violation of the Sherman act. So the free-marketers want a market that is only free for business, not consumers. How could this decision affect home loans, health care and retirement plans if the same logic were to be applied?
